The Pilates Cabin specialises in personalised 1:1 and Duo Pilates sessions in Camberley, designed around your body, your goals and your experience level. Every session uses the full range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Matwork and a variety of small props, allowing each programme to be tailored specifically to you.

Private 1:1 and Duo Pilates sessions take place at The Pilates Cabin in Camberley, a calm, fully equipped boutique studio designed to help you relax and focus on yourself.
There is off-road parking, as well as plenty of free on-street parking nearby.
Please wear comfortable clothing and, if you have them, grippy socks. Everything else is provided, including water, towels and all Pilates equipment.
As The Pilates Cabin is a private home studio, there are no toilet or changing facilities, so please arrive ready for your session.

All sessions are 60 minutes long and take place in our fully equipped private Pilates studio in Camberley.

Your first session is all about getting to know you, your body and your goals. Before your appointment, you'll complete a simple health questionnaire covering any injuries, medical conditions or concerns.
During the session, Lisa will carry out a movement assessment and discuss what you'd like to achieve from Pilates. Your programme will then be tailored specifically to you, allowing you to get the most from every session moving forward.

All sessions at The Pilates Cabin are pay as you go, with no blocks or packages to purchase. Many clients choose to reserve the same weekly appointment, providing consistency and helping them stay on track with their goals.
Sessions can be paid for when booking or using the payment card held securely on file.

Absolutely. Pilates can be a wonderful way to support your body throughout pregnancy, helping you maintain strength, improve mobility and feel more comfortable as your body changes. Lisa specialises in pre and postnatal Pilates and will tailor every session to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs.

Yes, absolutely. The Pilates Cabin is a family-friendly studio and babies and children are always welcome.
If childcare isn't an option, simply bring your little one along. The studio has a play mat, baby bouncer and toys, creating a relaxed environment where feeding, cuddles and little interruptions are all part of the session. Just let Lisa know beforehand and she'll make sure everything is ready for you.

Absolutely. Pilates can be an excellent way to support recovery, improve strength and reduce the risk of future injury.
Lisa has specialist training in rehabilitation Pilates and is happy to work alongside your physiotherapist or other healthcare professional where appropriate. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring you can move safely and confidently throughout your recovery.

If you're unable to attend your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. With 24 hours' notice, your session payment can be transferred to another appointment.
Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable as the appointment time has been reserved especially for you.
