  • Private 1:1 Pilates Session

    1:1 sessions are the best way to experience the benefits of private equipment-based Pilates.

    WHO IS IT FOR?

    Our 1:1 sessions are ideal for first-timers, beginners, or anyone experienced in Pilates. 1:1 sessions can be used for strength and fitness, injury rehab, pre- and post-natal, and bring your baby sessions.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    Your 1:1 Pilates sessions will be completely tailored to your body, your goals, and your background. Lisa will design and deliver every session, using the full range of equipment at The Pilates Cabin including Reformer Pilates.

  • Shared 2:1 Pilates Session

    2:1 sessions are a great way to share Pilates with a friend, family member, or partner.

    WHO IS IT FOR?

    Book 2:1 Pilates if you’d rather share your session with a loved one. People choose this option for a range of reasons, including shared goals, quality time, and the social aspect of 2:1 sessions.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    Having 2:1 sessions won’t impact the quality of your Pilates session or the attention I give you. You will both receive personalised programming and detailed instruction. And I have two Reformer beds in the studio, so nobody has to miss out!

  • Bring Your Baby Sessions

    Don’t let childcare struggles keep you away from Pilates. Bring your little (or not so little one) with you!

    WHO IS IT FOR?

    Baby- and child-friendly sessions are great for any parent who can’t or doesn’t want to leave little one at home. We make it possible for you to get the benefits of Pilates and relax whilst you’re here. We can start after your 6 or 8-week post-natal check.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    Just like any other 1:1 Pilates session, you’ll have sessions designed for your goals, with every exercise carefully overseen by Lisa. Meanwhile your little one can enjoy our playmat, baby bouncer, and range of toys. Cuddles from Lisa are also on offer!

  • Pregnancy Pilates Session

    Expert pre-natal pregnancy Pilates to strengthen your body and support your mind at every stage of pregnancy.

    WHO IS IT FOR?

    Lisa is a qualified pre- and post-natal Pilates instructor with extra qualifications in pregnancy corrective exercises. These sessions are suitable for all trimesters. Certain factors may mean you need your Doctor’s approval.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    Your pregnancy Pilates sessions will be designed to strengthen and support your body at every stage of pregnancy, considering how you feel on the day. Pilates is a great way to enjoy some me-time, strengthen your body, and feel cared for by a teacher who has two little ones of her own.
