    Our 1:1 & 2:1 sessions are ideal for first-timers, beginners, or anyone experienced in Pilates. These sessions can be used for strength and fitness, pre- and post-natal, and bring your baby sessions.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    Your 60-minute 1:1 Pilates sessions will be tailored to your body, your goals, and your background. Lisa will design and deliver every session, using the full range of equipment at The Pilates Cabin including Reformer Pilates.

  • Pilates for Injury Recovery

    Struggling with Injury? Has your physio recommended Pilates to help rehab your injuries? This one is for you!

    WHO IS IT FOR?

    If your Physio has recommended Pilates we offer sessions to help with your rehabilitation. Please note we cannot diagnose but we can work closely with your Physio to ensure we are working safely & effectively.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    Experience a 60 minute Full Equipment Pilates in a private setting. Sessions are completely tailored to you and take into consideration any limitations with regards your injury.

  • Bring Your Baby Sessions

    Don’t let childcare struggles keep you away from Pilates. Bring your little (or not so little one) with you to 1:1 sessions.

    WHO IS IT FOR?

    Baby- and child-friendly sessions are great for any parent who can’t or doesn’t want to leave little one at home. We make it possible for you to get the benefits of Pilates and relax whilst you’re here. We can start after your 6 or 8-week post-natal check.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    Just like any other 1:1 Pilates session, you’ll have sessions designed for your goals, with every exercise carefully overseen by Lisa. Meanwhile your little one can enjoy our playmat, baby bouncer, and range of toys. Tears & tantrums are no big deal and Cuddles from Lisa are also on offer!

  • Pregnancy Pilates Session

    Expert pre-natal pregnancy Pilates to strengthen your body and support your mind at every stage of pregnancy.

    WHO IS IT FOR?

    Lisa is a qualified pre- and post-natal Pilates instructor with extra qualifications in pregnancy corrective exercises. She is also a Mum of two! These sessions are suitable for all trimesters. Certain factors may mean you need your Doctor’s approval.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

    1:1 pregnancy Pilates sessions designed to strengthen and support your body at every stage of pregnancy, considering how you feel on the day. Pilates is a great way to enjoy some me-time, strengthen your body, and feel cared for by a teacher who has two little ones of her own.
